Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Elizabethtown Campus is seeking a part-time Utility Worker to support our environmental housekeeping program. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, safe living environment for residents.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, operating maintenance equipment, assisting with event setup, and reporting safety concerns promptly to the supervisor. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Light maintenance skills preferred.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver License; box truck experience a plus.
• Good written, oral, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes all assigned work orders promptly, including trash removal and floor care.
• Operates and maintains cleaning equipment safely; handles buffers, extractors, pressure washers, and floor scrubbers.
• Assists with setup/breakdown of chairs and tables for events as directed by supervisor.
• Reports safety or environmental concerns on first notice to supervisor or team.
