Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking energetic team members in McCalla, Alabama for morning shifts (7:00 AM–1:00 PM or 5:00 AM–12:00 PM). You will help prepare quality food and beverages, provide friendly guest service, and keep the restaurant clean, safe, and organized.

No previous restaurant experience is required; training will be provided. Applicants should be reliable, punctual, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment while communicating effectively

• Learn and communicate menu items, promotions, and limited-time offers.
• Meet speed-of-service and order accuracy expectations.
• Work effectively with managers and fellow team members.
• Maintain organized storage, refrigerated, and stock areas.
