Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfactory customer experience by engaging with customers and following customer experience principles.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Accurately ring purchases and returns and handle cash; promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Support store safety, cleanliness, recovery, and shrink reduction goals.
