Job summary

The Clare in downtown Chicago is seeking a full-time Steward/Dishwasher to support the dining services for our senior living community. Shifts vary across 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with hours based on business needs and weekend/holiday coverage.

You will assist with dietary functions, food tray assembly, and dishware setup and cleanup while maintaining sanitation standards and adhering to community policies.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal background check, drug screen, and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all dietary functions as directed by the Chef.
• Assemble prepared food and utensils on trays on the tray line.
• Set-up and clean-up of glasses, dishware and silverware for all dining rooms.
• Maintain work and work areas in compliance with food code sanitation standards and community policies.
