Job summary

Millennium Health is seeking a Full-Time Female Specimen Collector in Bellevue, WA, to perform observed collections of female patients and support the lab with accurate specimen handling.

As our representative, you will collect urine and oral fluid samples, prepare shipments, and coordinate between the practice and the laboratory while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality standards. A valid driver’s license and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience as a specimen collector or 1+ years in medical field.
• 2+ years of customer service experience can be considered.
• Valid driver’s license required; reliable transportation.
• Ability to ensure HIPAA, confidentiality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens.
• Process and package collections for shipping.
• Record patient information and physician order details.
• Observe collection and maintain supplies inventory onsite.
• Drive between facilities as needed.
