Job summary

Keke's Breakfast Cafe in Bradenton, FL is seeking friendly team members to join our breakfast service crew. You will greet guests, take orders, and enter them into the POS system promptly while delivering meals and drinks to tables. The cafe operates from 7:00am to 2:30pm, offering a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, assisting co-workers as needed, and maintaining clean dining and service areas throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods.
• Must communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language of our guests.
• Must have exceptional grooming habits.
• Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter and at the table, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Prepare coffee and tea when needed and assist line or toast staff as required.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
• Prepare final bills, process payments, and handle check presentation.
• Pre-bus tables and assist with clearing and cleaning as directed by the shift manager.
• Maintain clean service areas and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
