Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and read work order specifications.
• Basic math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate processes within the department including insertion of materials, clamping, fitting parts, and use of hand tools.
• Cut materials to specified lengths using a tape measure and verify against work orders.
• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Perform bench-type assemblies using hand tools and electronic/pneumatic tools.
• Notify supervisor of mechanical, material, or safety issues.
• Label and package finished goods.
• Follow standard work methods and SOPs.
• Pack finished goods and place on pallets.
