Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a Production Associate I for the Flower Mound, TX area. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. The role involves handling materials such as rubber and packing, performing various assembly tasks, and ensuring accurate measurements and quality control.

Qualifications include English fluency, ability to read a tape measure, and basic math. HS Diploma or GED is strongly preferred. This on-site position requires lifting up to 50+ pounds and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience reading a tape measure or other measurement devices.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate processes in the production department, including insertion of materials, clamping, fitting parts, and use of hand tools.
• Cut materials to specified dimensions using a tape measure and verify lengths against spec sheets.
• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Perform bench-type assemblies using hand tools and electronic/pneumatic tools.
• Notify supervisor of mechanical, material, or safety issues.
• Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
