Job summary

PepsiCo in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock shelves, coolers and displays for Pepsi, Gatorade and Aquafina. The role starts at 6am and runs through 3pm, Saturdays through Wednesdays, with on-site work at multiple store locations.

You will rotate stock, check dates, move products from backroom to sales floor, and set up promotional materials. You will partner with store teams, build relationships, and log daily records.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation).
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided).
