Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays across Fort Worth-area stores. You will move products from backrooms to floors, ensure freshness, and support promotions with effective planogram execution.

This full-time role involves lifting heavy cases (20–45 lb), driving to multiple locations, and collaborating with retail teams. On-the-job training and competitive benefits accompany a variable schedule.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and personal transportation to access multiple store locations.
• Ability to lift, load, push and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly.
• Willingness to work holidays and drive to locations in different geographic areas.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor and maintain a neat backroom.
• Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials to support initiatives.
• Collaborate with store teams, communicate needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders.
