Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in our Connecticut location. You will work with the General Manager to motivate staff and ensure a welcoming guest experience. The role requires coaching team members, opening and closing with minimal supervision, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness.

The position emphasizes a friendly, efficient service culture, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance to General Manager roles within the brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of, or ability to acquire, ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision; maintain a clean, safe store environment.
