Job summary

Dunkin' franchisee is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee morning operations and guide Crew Members in delivering a fast, friendly guest experience. The role focuses on coaching, assigning tasks, and maintaining brand standards during a 4am–3pm window.

You will lead a small team, set daily goals, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to help colleagues grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a quick-service restaurant.
• Ability to coach and motivate staff to uphold standards.

Job description

This position is a morning shift, which will be 6 to 8 hours and will be during the hours of 4am - 3pm.
