Job summary

Dunkin franchisee is seeking a Morning Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, assign tasks, and drive a high standard of guest service during a 4am–3pm shift (6–8 hours). You will set goals, give timely feedback, and motivate the team to perform with energy and warmth.

You will uphold brand standards across operations, resolve issues on shift, and contribute to a friendly, efficient environment where every guest leaves satisfied. We value hardworking, enthusiastic teammates who grow with us.

Job description

This position is a morning shift, which will be 6 to 8 hours and will be during the hours of 4am - 3pm.
