Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 6 months of janitorial experience.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow chemical cleaner usage procedures to protect floors and surfaces.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash and operate relevant waste systems.
• Clean windows and glass partitions with appropriate cleaners.
• Assist with carpet care and replenish supplies as needed.
• Follow housekeeping schedule and operate heavy cleaning equipment when required.
