Einstein Bros. Bagels in Avon, IN is hiring a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the store with a hands-on approach. The role starts with an early shift service (as early as 4am) to manage baking and opening, ensuring a seamless breakfast and lunch experience for customers.

The GM will supervise scheduling, inventory, and deposits, while driving excellent customer service and team performance. Training is provided to develop leadership and operational skills, with opportunities to advance

Qualifications

• GM/AGM experience in a restaurant setting (1–3 years).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store with a 'treat it like you own it' mindset.
• Ensure audit readiness and accurate daily deposits.
• Manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders for a smooth operation.
• Support breakfast and lunch rush coverage across roles.
• Close and prepare the store for the next day within 30–45 minutes.
