SERVPRO Team JRF in Salem, MA is seeking a reliable Facilities Technician for a part-time morning-shift role that keeps our fleet road-ready and our building well-maintained. You will manage fleet, equipment, and warehouse operations, with physical work and outdoor duties.

This morning schedule averages ~30 hours per week, Mon-Fri, with potential to move to full time. Start date is immediate; reports to the Operations Manager; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Ability to operate trucks and commercial vehicles.
• General mechanical aptitude and capability for basic vehicle/equipment maintenance.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform outdoor/manual labor in all weather.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across a shift.

Responsibilities

• Fleet management and maintenance tasks on company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of restoration equipment and tools.
• Keep warehouse organized and safe; assist with deliveries and inventory checks.
• Perform routine interior/exterior building maintenance and snow/ice management.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and larger projects.
• Report safety or structural concerns promptly to management.
