Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a part-time/on-call Dishwasher at Oakmont of El Dorado Hills to support meal service by cleaning, sanitizing, and storing dishes and utensils. You will help prep the dish area, transport items, and assist with overall kitchen cleanliness in a respectful, resident-centered environment.

The role requires a minimum of six months in a kitchen or similar setting, 18+ years old, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Prefer six months of experience in a kitchen or similar setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass background and health screenings, including TB tests.
• Vaccination and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room/area prior to meal service.
• Transport dishes to the kitchen after meals and sanitize after use.
• Assist with kitchen clean-up and sanitation, including trash disposal.
• Respond to resident concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
