Job summary

Eurest in Morton, IL is seeking a full-time Cook for Caterpillar’s Morton location. You will prepare meals to exacting standards and maintain food safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety; follows HACCP procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
