Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short prep; completes orders from steam tables and serves at multiple stations.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following steps of service and ensures correct temperatures and appealing presentation.
• Uses established ticket-collection procedures and maintains records from the service period.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitizes work areas and equipment to meet sanitation standards.
