Compass Group USA's Eurest division in Lafayette, IN is hiring a full-time Cook to prepare food to standard recipes and maintain HACCP compliance. The shift is 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, at Caterpillar Cafe B Kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring food is at the correct temperature and attractive.
• Maintains clean and safe kitchen environment and stores or discards excess food per safe-handling procedures.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and assists in ordering and receiving of supplies.
