Qualifications

• Must be capable of repetitive hand manipulation, grasping and supporting power tools.
• Must stand on concrete for entire shift with repetitive bending, stooping, twisting, reaching.
• Must maintain a clean work area.
• Meet quality standards and implement continuous improvement measures
• Cross train on other jobs as required

Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties following standardized work procedures.
• Improve safety, quality, attendance, productivity, and housekeeping.
• Install and assemble components for heavy-duty trucks.
• Use computer systems to access data, drawings, BOMs and specs in electronic and hard copy.
• Operate jigs, fixtures and pneumatic/DC tools for assembly of heavy-duty trucks.
