Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer for the Morning Shift in Austin, TX. The role focuses on protecting clients across Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more, delivering reliable safety and customer service.

You will conduct patrols, respond to incidents calmly, and adhere to site-specific policies. Minimum requirements include legal age, education or experience, background check, drug screening, and a valid driver's license where applicable.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Background check required in accordance with laws; qualified applicants with criminal histories considered
• Drug screen required where permitted by law
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
