Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer - Full Time - Mornings in Appleton, Wisconsin. You will patrol facilities, deter incidents, and deliver frontline customer service while maintaining a secure, welcoming environment.

This role supports aerospace/defense site operations and requires clear communication and reliable shift performance. The position offers a full-time schedule with morning shifts and a pay rate of $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth, training, and benefits

Qualifications

• Comfort with using a computer or tablet.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation as condition of employment.
• Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered as per law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report incidents per procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of areas to identify risks and report hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, directing authorized personnel and deliveries.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and communicate observations to leadership.
