Qualifications

• Prior fast-paced environment and customer service experience is required.
• Full-time schedule; Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 2:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Creates an enjoyable dining experience for customers, staff and visitors.
• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverages.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work to promote efficiency.
• Determines work procedures and prepares schedules.
• Ensures proper cash handling and reports as per policy.
• Orders food and supplies from approved sources and purveyors.
• Directs sanitation and safety in accordance with standards.
