Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Maintenance & Facilities Team Member to keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly. Morning shifts are available, with both part-time and full-time opportunities, and training provided for the right candidate.

You’ll handle power washing, cleaning hoods and refrigerators, routine cleaning, small repairs, and basic equipment care while taking ownership of responsibilities in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using basic tools and performing routine maintenance.
• Detail-oriented with ownership of responsibilities.
• Experience in maintenance or restaurant work is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Power washing patios and exterior areas in the morning before opening.
• Cleaning restaurant hoods and refrigerators.
• Performing routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Completing small repairs and odd jobs around the building.
• Helping maintain and care for restaurant equipment.
• Identifying maintenance needs and taking initiative to address them.
• Keeping the restaurant and surrounding areas clean, organized, and well-maintained.
