Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Facility & Equipment Maintenance Team Member to upkeep restaurant facilities and equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and handle interior/exterior cleaning. The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Starting wage $18–$20/hour, full-time benefits including PTO, health insurance, 401k, Sundays off, and holiday closures; morning/evening shifts may apply as needed.

Qualifications

• Available Monday–Saturday for a 10:00am to 7:00pm shift, or varying shifts.
• Experience in facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, or cleaning preferred but not required.
• Able to follow maintenance schedules, safety procedures, and instructions.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or with a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and planned preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment and facility areas.
• Complete general interior and exterior facility upkeep.
• Identify maintenance or repair needs and communicate concerns to leadership.
• Assist with minor facility and equipment maintenance as appropriate.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns.
• Help ensure equipment, fixtures, and facility areas remain clean, functional, and in good condition.
• Report equipment damage, facility concerns, or unusual conditions promptly.
