Job summary

Marriott Lincolnshire Resort in Lincolnshire, IL is seeking an AM Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations in the Starbucks and food & beverage outlets. You will supervise servers, baristas, and dining staff, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction through friendly, efficient service.

The role requires at least one year of supervisor experience in hospitality, strong communication and time management, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisor experience in hospitality guest contact areas.
• Hotel product and industry knowledge including staffing, operations, safety and health codes.
• Proficiency with computer systems, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Micros.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly for guest and staff communication.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of daily operation of the restaurant(s) in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Lead team to uphold Starbucks, Marriott and Brand Standards.
• Increase sales through effective marketing and merchandising of products in Starbucks.
• Supervise department personnel to ensure quality customer service.
• Delegate assignments and manage stock, inventory, and POS procedures.
• Maintain a clean, professional customer service area and ensure guest satisfaction.
