Townsquare Media’s 94.5 PST in New Jersey seeks a Morning Radio Host / Multimedia Content Creator to shape the show’s daily sound and digital presence. You’ll engage audiences on air, online, social, and in the community, hosting engaging weekday shows and producing local articles and video content.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a strong on‑air presence, comfort on camera, and the ability to build authentic community relationships while pursuing endorsement opportunities and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Must have active written and video content creation experience.
• Strong on‑air presence with ability to engage audiences across platforms.
• Familiarity with FCC rules and current events; ability to adapt formats.

Responsibilities

• Host live on‑air shows Monday–Friday.
• Create and publish at least two local articles daily for station site/app.
• Write and schedule social posts across platforms.
• Conduct interviews, live appearances, remotes, community events.
• Develop video content for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Cultivate local partnerships and endorsements to drive revenue.
