Boys & Girls Clubs of North Central Illinois is seeking dependable, energetic, and caring individuals to join our team as Morning Program Youth Development Assistants.
The Morning Program Youth Development Assistant is responsible for providing a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for youth participating in our before-school programs. This position works directly with youth by providing supervision, leading activities, supporting positive behavior, and helping members safely transition into their school day.
This is an early-morning position. Candidates must be available to report to work by 6:15 AM Monday through Friday. Morning programs generally end between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, depending on the assigned school or program location.

Employees must be available to report to their assigned location by 6:15 AM. Shifts generally run:
6:15 AM–8:00 AM

Because Morning Program staff are responsible for opening and supervising programming before the school day begins, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential requirements of this position.
The Morning Program Youth Development Assistant rate is $17.00 per hour.
Employees who already have an established hourly rate of $17.00 or higher will maintain their current applicable rate in accordance with organizational pay practices.
