Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to daily production schedule and recipes.
• Tastes and checks prepared items for quality.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment per procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items following HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and serves items at multiple stations.
• Completes daily production worksheets and waste logs.
