Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Prepares and serves grill items ensuring correct temperatures and presentation.
• Uses established procedures for ticket collection and records during service.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas and equipment.
• Assists in storing foods according to wrapping, dating and safety rules.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
