Morrison Healthcare is hiring a part-time Prep Cook at Mayo Clinic, located at 501 State Street North, Waseca, MN 56093. The schedule is 6:00 am to 11:30 am with rotating weekends and holidays. Prior cooking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Completes orders from steam tables and grill and serves customers at multiple stations.
