Job summary

Condado Tacos in Columbus, OH is hiring a Commissary Production Team Member to help produce 80-85% of the product for our restaurants. Morning shift starts at 7am and runs 8–10 hours based on end of business.

You will prepare, process, and package cold food and ingredients, while maintaining a clean, safe Commissary environment. Responsibilities include meeting daily production goals, following recipes and procedures, inspecting ingredients for freshness, and ensuring food safety standards are

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing setting with repetitive work preferred.
• Must read and comprehend instruction sheets.
• Ability to follow directions and work cooperatively with a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to read English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meats, vegetables, and other food products for our restaurants in an assembly line style.
• Meet daily production goals.
• Follow recipes and food production operating procedures.
• Handle and inspect food and ingredients for freshness.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in specified work areas.
• Ensure quality assurance of all products produced.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Maintain a fast and friendly work environment.
