SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking a compassionate Morning PCA to join our team in providing home care services across West St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights, Mendota Heights, Eagan, Rosemount, Bloomington, and Farmington areas in Minnesota.

You will care for a diverse range of clients, including those with varying ages and abilities. The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and building professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers.

Qualifications

• Provide non-medical care including companionship and social engagement.
• Ensure reliable care by being punctual and maintaining professional relationships with clients and families.
• Must pass a state background check and TB test as required.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate Morning PCA to join our team in providing home care services in the West St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights, Mendota Heights, Eagan, Rosemount, Bloomington, and Farmington areas. As a Morning PCA, you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of people, spanning all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently attending scheduled shifts

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle to get to and from clients' residences
• Kind, reliable, dependable, honest, and good communication skills
• Must pass a state background check AND submit proof or obtain a negative TB test
• Physical requirements: Use of hands, wrists, and fingers; ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds; ability to bend, twist, and stoop
