Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking compassionate home health aides to provide in-home care, including personal care, meal prep, and companionship. You will monitor health needs, assist with daily activities, and ensure client safety in a home setting.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN), weekly direct deposit, paid orientation, mileage reimbursement, and supportive supervision to help you deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification (verifiable).
• TB Test on file within 12 months or willing to obtain.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on patient care experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; punctuality is required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming.
• Meal planning and light housekeeping.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Medication reminders and support with daily exercises.
• Engage clients through conversation, activities, and walks.

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming

• Monitoring vital signs as directed and reporting changes to the nursing staff
• Medication reminders and support with daily exercises
• Engaging clients through conversation, games, walks, and hobbies
• Keeping accurate, timely records of care provided

What You Bring To The Team

• Current CPR Certification (must be verifiable)
• TB Test on file within the last 12 months (or willing to obtain)
• Minimum 1 Year of hands-on patient care experience (home care, assisted living, hospice, etc.)
• Reliable Transportation and a valid driver's license - prompt arrival is mandatory
• Warmth, patience, and a genuine desire to help others feel safe and supported
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
