Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking a compassionate Morning PCA to provide non-medical home care across several Minnesota communities, including West St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights, Mendota Heights, Eagan, Rosemount, Bloomington, and Farmington.

You will assist with personal care, light housework, meal prep, and medication reminders, while building trust with clients and families. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach client residences.
• Demonstrates kindness, reliability, dependability, honesty, and good communication.
• Must pass a state background check and provide negative TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Offer personal care to clients as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders.
• Establish professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkers.
• Be punctual and consistently attend scheduled shifts.

We are seeking a compassionate Morning PCA to join our team in providing home care services in the West St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights, Mendota Heights, Eagan, Rosemount, Bloomington, and Farmington areas. As a Morning PCA, you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of people, spanning all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently attending scheduled shifts

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle to get to and from clients' residences
• Kind, reliable, dependable, honest, and good communication skills
• Must pass a state background check AND submit proof or obtain a negative TB test
• Physical requirements: Use of hands, wrists, and fingers; ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds; ability to bend, twist, and stoop
