Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate PCAs to deliver non-medical care in clients’ homes across the Twin Cities area. You will provide companionship, personal care where needed, and support with daily activities in a patient, respectful manner.

Qualifications

• Must pass a state background check and provide proof or obtain a negative TB test.
• Physical requirements: use of hands, wrists and fingers; able to lift/move up to 25 pounds; able to bend, twist and stoop.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently attending scheduled shifts
