This role features a morning shift with 30+ hours per week and pay between $19 and $25 per hour plus service charge. You will craft pastries and desserts, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation across the menu.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of pastry experience or a pastry degree with experience. A WA Food Worker Card is required within 14 days of hire. Benefits include meals, insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' commercial baking/pastry experience or a degree in pastry arts with 6+ months' experience.
• Flexible weekends required.
• WA Food Worker Card within 14 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastries, baked goods, and dessert components using established recipes.
• Ensure each item meets quality, taste, and presentation standards.
• Follow portion sizes, prep methods, and plating guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation.
• Handle, store, and rotate ingredients using FIFO.
• Assist with prep during slower periods and support the team during closing.
• Complete the closing checklist for pastry and kitchen stations.
• Join team meetings and contribute ideas.
