Duluth Trading Company is seeking a morning janitor at our headquarters near Madison, WI to ensure a clean and safe environment for employees and visitors.

The role runs from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with duties including office cleaning, trash/recycling, restrooms, break rooms, dusting, and inventory of supplies. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Ability to adjust daily task schedule to support operations.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in office areas and main lobby.
• Trash and recycle paper, nightly.
• Vacuum as needed; weekly minimum.
• Adjust task list to minimize vacuum noise during contact center hours.
• Dust all work surfaces weekly.
• Clean glass doors nightly; windows as requested.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and showers.
• Maintain cleanliness of lunchrooms and break rooms.
• Recommend purchases of cleaning supplies; manage inventory.
• Remove snow from sidewalks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
