Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking an evening janitorial team member in Minnesota for part-time roles. You will be trained in state-of-the-art cleaning practices using green-sealed supplies and will represent the friendly, reliable face of 4M.

Duties include wiping down surfaces, restocking amenities, sweeping, mopping, and reporting needed repairs. Multiple shifts are available (evenings) with hourly pay ranging from $16 to $19, and benefits like medical, dental/vision, and paid vacation for

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience required. (We train you in our best practices)
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and PPE per OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Train in 4M's cleaning and disinfection practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Wipe surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, leaks, or drips as you notice them.
