Gray Media’s WBBJ-TV is seeking an energetic journalist to deliver compelling stories across platforms. The role includes anchoring the 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. newscasts and reporting duties across television, digital, and social platforms.

The ideal candidate brings strong writing, reporting, and live-shot skills, with a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism or a related field. You will develop reliable sources and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced newsroom.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism or related field preferred.
• Proven writing, reporting, and live-shot skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Report, write, produce, and update stories across platforms.
• Shoot and edit video using editing systems.
• Develop and maintain reliable sources and community contacts.
• Co-anchor AM newscasts (M-F).
• Operate camera equipment up to 30 lbs.
