You may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store to meet business needs. Responsibilities include handling transactions, promoting credit/loyalty programs, upholding merchandising standards, and participating in safety and loss-prevention initiatives.

Formación

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and handling changing directions.
• Able to respond well to unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Works well with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Supports a positive store culture with integrity and respect.
• Accurately rings purchases/returns and counts change.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and standards.
• Prepares merchandise for sales floor per procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness.
• Maintains store organization and safety.
• Provides feedback and recognition when appropriate.
• Follows labor laws and store policies.
• Supports shrink reduction initiatives and safety programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
