Job summary

Foundations Minnesota Pride Program in uptown Minneapolis, MN seeks a treatment-focused Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor to join our multidisciplinary team. Open the Pride morning track, performing assessments, treatment planning, progress reviews and individual/group counseling as part of a full-time, hourly position.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LADC license (MN BBHT).
• 1–2 years’ chemical dependency experience.
• 12 contact hours of co-occurring disorders training.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing assessments and treatment planning.
• Conduct progress reviews and continuing care planning.
• Lead individual and group counseling sessions.
• Support recovery education and morning track operations.
