Foundations Minnesota Pride Program located in uptown Minneapolis is seeking a focused and client-centered Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor to join a multidisciplinary treatment team. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, progress reviews, continuing care planning, and individual/group counseling emphasizing recovery education.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LADC license (MN BBHT).
• 1–2 years’ experience in chemical dependency fields.
• 12 contact hours of co-occurring disorders training.
• Able to pass MN DHS Background Study and maintain sobriety for 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide on‑going assessments and treatment planning.
• Conduct progress reviews and continuing care planning.
• Deliver individual and group counseling focused on recovery education.
