Taher, Inc. in Lodi, Wisconsin seeks a Lead Food Service Aide to join our team. This shift runs 6:30am–2:00pm, with guaranteed hours and no nights or weekends, offering opportunities to prepare meals, manage portions, and ensure safety standards across campus dining and food service operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, exceptional guest service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training, PPE, and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality guest service at all times.
• Execute recipes to the letter.
• Prepare meals with correct portions and temperatures.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Set up and tear down of workstation.
• Receive and unpack food deliveries.
• Store or discard excess food per standards.
• Maintain polite and professional communication.
• Meet daily deadlines and workload.
• Utilize FIFO in storage.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
