Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor responsible for all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas inside a building or multiple client sites, with flexibility to meet each client’s specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six months janitorial experience.
• On the job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances.
• Empty trash and manage waste per client specifications.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners.
