Job summary

WIS International in Brookhaven, MS is seeking a Retail Inventory Supervisor for mornings, part-time, with a starting wage of $15.00–$18.00 per hour. The role emphasizes training, coaching, and driving for results, with flexible scheduling and paid training.

You will coach Inventory Associates, follow a clear workflow, travel to retail locations, and partner with District Managers to maintain accuracy and operational excellence while upholding WIS values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
• Leads by example and demonstrates the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times.
