Job summary

Wischermann Partners, Inc. is seeking a part-time Restaurant Server to take orders, greet guests, and ensure an outstanding dining experience. You will learn hotel offerings beyond food & beverage and may handle alcohol service following state regulations.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving promptly, and keeping areas clean. Flexibility for mornings and weekends is required; prior MICROS POS experience is a plus, and a TIPS certificate is preferred within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Minimum two years experience in a similar full-service hotel or restaurant.
• TIPS training certification within 30 days of hire date.
• Ability to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, serve guests, and ensure dining meets hotel standards.
• Be familiar with hotel services and local attractions to answer queries.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, liquor/beverages, and wine list.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments following policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned outlets.
