Job summary

Marsden Services is seeking a dependable cleaner to join our facility services team in Morgantown, WV. The role focuses on cleaning duties and maintaining hygienic spaces, with a Monday–Friday morning shift from 7:30 am to 9:30 am.

Applicants must be 18+ and pass a background check, and must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. A $300 sign-on bonus is available, paid in installments after 30, 60, and 90 days of employment, contingent on attendance and good standing.

Requirements

• You ++must++ be 18 years old.
• A criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Shift

Monday-Friday 7:30am-9:30am

++Sign-On Bonus Available – $300 Total++

New hires are eligible for a $300 sign-on bonus, paid in installments of:

$100 after 30 days of employment

$100 after 60 days of employment

$100 after 90 days of employment

Employees must remain actively employed and in good standing to receive each installment. Attendance policy requirements apply and employees must meet attendance standards during each eligibility period to qualify for bonus payments.

• Taking out the trash
• Sanitizing
