Eurest is hiring a full-time Food Unit Lead for Chevron Kern River in Bakersfield, CA. The role runs Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, with duties centered on stocking, organization, and inventory control to support a quality dining operation.

The successful candidate will supervise food-service activities, manage inventory, train staff, and ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company standards while delivering excellent customer service.

• Stocking, organization, and inventory management required.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverages according to standards.
• Helps plan menus and ensures timely meal service.
• Trains employees and coordinates work for efficiency and excellence in food/service.
• Maintains daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, production, payroll, time-keeping).
• Directs sanitation and safety per company standards and regulatory requirements.
